Saburr-Tooth “”Power Carving”” rotary tools feature long-lasting, razor-sharp carbide cutting teeth (called cones), arranged into a unique open pattern to resist “”loading”” while providing rapid stock removal and smoother finishes. Using laser cut dies and patches that are ‘formed’ instead of ‘molded’ means the tips of each cone/tooth is sharp right to the point (it takes a microscope to see the difference between this and a molded style).

Texture Size; #50 Fine, #70 Medium, #90 Coarse, #125 Extra Coarse. As you can tell, this is the opposite of how they rate sanding paper etc. where the smaller the number the bigger the grit. You can think of this as approximately ‘thousandths’ of an inch…thus each cone/tooth/cutter on the #50/fine is close to 50 thousandths in size.
