Placing orders using the website is much easier and quicker for you and for us, we get all the spellings and numbers correct and the system automatically processes your credit card.

For queries…email is the best…we often come into the office at odd hours to ‘catch up’….we can reply to an email at say…3am…calling you back then…not so much.

Phone calls…We answer to the best of our ability…however, in the busy part of the day, you may get a ‘recorder’ (that means all phone lines are busy talking to other folks who called rather than emailed)
